To successfully complete the LMS10000 re-creation, we will need certification from an approved third party throughout the build, testing and commissioning process. 

That means putting the right design, engineering and assurance processes in place now — to a standard that can be accepted by the approving body. 

This work must begin as we prepare to start construction of the chassis, and will continue alongside the build through to testing and commissioning.
